Daisy trip #2

FWD-FWD had a run up to the new Daisy land this past weekend. I figured since it was only 1.5 hours away from the house that I would go again. Donnie and Patty, Bubak and his bitch Zachass, Lance Morin, Tom Christianson (sp?), Clayton Carrol, Jeff Hutchinson and Doug Marshall and myself showed up. We broke up into two groups and Donnie, Lance, Tom and myself finished running the creek that we had started back during the first trip. The pics don't do it justice, but this place is knarly. After finishing that creek, we made our way over to the top of the ridge and found another nice creek bed to run where I flopped but then drove out of it. Of course we flopped on Doug's side and he was staring at a big rock about 5 inches from his face, and he promptly said, "Hey man can you help me out here", to which I replied, "I am working on it." Had a blast blazing new trails and this land has a ton of potential just like Rudy's.

Looks like a great place... Shane invited us all to go to Hot Springs in June. Might make the trip if my junk holds together in Moab. I really need to get a 1 day trip under my belt before Moab. Ofcourse that means I have to get my rig together before the day before we leave

I really want to wheel the shit out of Clayton and Daisy the next couple years...

I used to wheel the shit out of White Rock back when I was the bigdog on 35s and there were a lot of trails, then I shifted to Poteau and knew all the trails and land owners but it is mostly shut down. When i was living in Dallas I wheeled Clayton a lot but never got to know it real well. I would like to get back to knowing an area like the back of my hand. Ofcourse I need to get a GPS up and working!!!
