This is exactly what I had in mind. Looks good man. Wanted to do this on my D60 under the Scrambler but never got around to it.

Tims Hi9 is pretty damn nice but after unboxing the Moser unit the Moser is far more impressive in craftsmanship!!!! Sorry Chris the camera battery is dead as a doornail...
I have some real nice pics but for now you will have to be proud that i measured your AXEL shaft and they will be 33.5 inches long...
We will get 3 so we can tube a spare in pvc (just in case)!!!
I really like this piece, I have never ran a 9 inch before but if I do I will run the Moser for sure...

That was one of the reasons why I chose Moser over the Strange 3rd member. If you go to both websites you can tell the difference in quality. The Moser, for one, looks beefier. If you look at the fins in the casting on both, you can tell Moser is better. Also if you compare the bearing caps on both, you wonder how the Strange 3rd holds up like it does. So for those that don't know, I purchased a Moser 9", with the following (Nodular Iron Case, Full Spool 35 spline, Aluminum Pinion Support, 1350 series Pinion Yoke, 5.14 Pro Street Gears. Basically this is the best high end iron assembly they have. Considered aluminum but changed my mind after I saw the price. One 3rd member a $2399 is enough. The one I purchased from Moser ran a little over $1300

The knuckles are set and only tacked, but the bearings are loaded... I just want to have the axle under the rig with the links set so I can cycle the suspension before I burn the knuckles in good...
DO I have as many posts as the GrandPooPaa yet???

Oh Momma those pics look good!!!!!!! I can hardly wait now. So we have to get seals for the axle tubes in the pumpkin next? What is the next step in the build now? Good looking work Josh. It appears that you picking this up by reading it off the back of milk cartons worked.
